What started as a jam between friends has turned into one of Norway's favorite jazz groups! Since the band's inception, Flukten has managed to play a number of concerts in and outside Norway, and for the debut album "Velkommen håp" from 2021 - which, according to Morgenbladet's reviewer, "... oozes with a boundary-breaking search for freedom and a sense of adventure on behalf of music." - they won the Spellemann award!
The musicians in Flukten can also be heard in bands such as Gurls, Moskus, Hullyboo, Espen Berg Trio, Hanna Paulsberg Concept, Wako and many more. In 2024 they will release their highly anticipated self-titled second album - "Flukten” - and in September 2024 they will be on a Sør-norsk jazz center tour with a total of 10 concerts in Agder, Vestfold and Telemark!
